NIKOLE JONES

Well, in short, I’m a servant of Christ. Been that way for a long while. I write, sing, create game designs, and of course...draw. These are my talents that I’ve devoted to the service of my Lord. Full Armour is a result of many years of prayer that God would show me something  I could do for Him (‘93--’98). Offering the voice of a dedicated Christian on a shirt of particular originality came to mind (‘98--’00).  That T-shirt concept spanned into a story line (reluctantly given life late ‘99) reluctantly I say because I wasn’t sure of the validity of a Christian storyline for a comic. I did have three other comics in the works- all tabled until further notice.  Now the storyline has worked its way into several plans for the site and future endeavors for FA, all stirred and inspired be His majesty the Spirit.  The reluctance, needless to say, is gone.

I’m an honor graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University’s School of the Arts, emphasis in Illustration, but I also privately study animation, 3D modeling, and Web Design. Course I still get dirty and push around the paint (must stay in touch with my roots!)    Aside from my professional trade, I’m an aficionado of RPG’s, action flicks, fantasy and sci-fi novels, performance vehicles (LeMans, WRC, Drag-racing, etc...), and weapons (particularly the sword).  If I had to use one though, my weapon of choice would be the Bo or ‘fighting staff’ (I like a good "THUD' and there's less chance of cutting myself).

Inspired by the Spirit and deriving its name from Ephesians Chapter 6, Full Armour is a project solely dedicated to the edification of the church and the uplifting of the Word of God, our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. A zealous endeavor constructed to both praise the Name of the Lord and win souls for Christ.  

Nikole's webcomic was adopted by our weekly Online Comics, and she's working on a piece for a future issue of Megazeen.  She also participated in Megaunity 2.
